The Pendulum Swings
The world is changing at an alarming rate and we are watching the pendulum swing as women of all ethnicities are being positioned to lead. We are specifically witnessing a historical moment in this country as the first woman, the first African American woman is elevated to the 2nd highest office in American government. Kamala Harris has been chosen as Vice-President Elect of theseUnited States. What is this saying prophetically to you, the church, the nation, and the world?
Let me say that I have no hidden agenda and will not speak to the Madam Vice-President Elect’s political beliefs or her values. What I will speak to is how this moment reflects the Father’s heart for his daughters/women. As far as we have come as a nation, the woman and her voice are still being underrepresented and under-valued. From the living-room to the Capitol, women are continuing the fight to be heard and respected as the leaders the Creator positioned them to be, but the pendulum has swung.
The pendulum has been swinging since the beginning of creation, but now it has made its resting place on the right side of history. Woman it is time for you to step into your God–given position of leadership. This is not the time to shrink back in fear, doubt, and unbelief. Release your concerns of being labeled an aggressor or a usurper of authority. You cannot usurp the authority that you have been rightfully given, but you can relinquish it to those who have not been vetted nor qualified. It is God who raises kings and takes kings down (Daniel 2:21).
This is your season of grace and favor. It is your time to be elevated and placed in positions of power and influence. These positions are not positioning for your own self gain, although you will benefit greatly. These positions are to raise a nation to a higher standard and draw attention to the Father’s agendas. Whether in the home or the marketplace you will speak for those who cannot speak for themselves, raise awareness to causes that affect humanity, start programs to help the less fortunate, launch new businesses to employ the unemployed, and even be the multi- million-dollar benefactor who funds it all.
You have entered your Esther moment. Esther found favor in the sight of everyone she encountered and with the king (Esther 2:15-17). Most of all she was graced and favored by God, the Father and chosen for the moment. There are people you are about to encounter that will extend to you unprecedented favor. Why? Your Father has chosen you for this hour and you have prepared herself for this moment and opportunity. The pendulum has swung in your favor!
